Welcome to Fatkun Image Toolbox (the "Extension"), a browser extension for Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers that helps you discover, filter, organize, and download images from web pages.
This document combines our Terms of Service (Section 2) and our Privacy Policy (Section 3 onward). By installing or using the Extension, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall and stop using the Extension.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Extension on devices that you own or control, for personal or internal business use, subject to these terms.
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will work on every website, that it will be free of bugs, or that it will satisfy your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Extension's developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Extension.
The Extension does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any of the following:

The Extension relies on the following third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply to data they receive:
downloads API — used locally by the Extension to save files to your computer's Downloads folder.https://www.fatkun.net — contacted if you sign in, use account-bound features (e.g. Pro subscription), use the product export feature, use the AI rule generator, or download images from e-commerce pages (anonymous download tracking).https://fanli.fatkun.net — contacted only when you actively use the product recommendation features (image search, keyword search, or 1688 CPS recommendations) in the side panel or output page. Image data and search keywords are sent to this server, which proxies requests to e-commerce platforms.https://open-s.alibaba.com — contacted only when you actively use the Alibaba Lens image search tab in the product recommendation panel. Product image data (base64) is sent directly to Alibaba's public image search API.All preferences and authentication state are stored locally on your device using the standard browser storage APIs (chrome.storage.local). They are never uploaded to our servers in bulk. You may delete this data at any time by uninstalling the Extension or clearing the Extension's storage from your browser's settings.
Data transmitted to our servers (only when you sign in or use account features) is sent over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are short-lived (auto-refreshed at most every 7 days) and can be revoked at any time by signing out.
Server-side data associated with your Fatkun account (such as subscription status, synced rules, and authentication records) is retained only as long as your account remains active. Upon an account deletion request, all associated server-side data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Data sent to the AI Rule Generator is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers after the response is returned to the Extension.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing. We may disclose data only when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
https://www.google-analytics.com/ in your browser, firewall, or hosts file.The Extension is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
The Extension's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

The Extension requests the following permissions. Each is used only for the purposes described below.

host_permissions: <all_urls> | Required so the Extension can detect images on whichever website the user explicitly opens it on. The Extension only acts when the user invokes it; it does not silently scrape browsing history. |
We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted in the Extension's release notes. Your continued use of the Extension after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

本扩展依赖以下第三方服务，相关数据由其各自的隐私政策约束：

当您登录或使用账号功能时，相关数据通过 HTTPS 传输到我们的服务器。登录 token 寿命较短（最多 7 天自动刷新），您可随时通过登出立即吊销。
与您 Fatkun 账号关联的服务器端数据（如订阅状态、同步的规则和身份验证记录）仅在您的账号保持活跃期间保留。收到账号删除请求后，所有关联的服务器端数据将在 30 天内永久删除。发送至 AI 规则生成器的数据会被实时处理，返回结果后不会在我们的服务器上存储。
我们不会向任何人出售或出租您的个人数据，也不会为了广告或营销目的与第三方共享您的数据。仅在法律要求、有效的法律程序，或为保护用户、公众的权利、财产或安全所必需时，我们才可能进行披露。
